Shiny web applications (LWM, TU Dresden) Public HTTPS

This portal provides interactive Shiny web applications for preprocessing and analyzing datasets. Access is restricted to authorized users.

The basis for use is the IT regulations of TU Dresden and the general terms of use of the ZIH (TU Dresden). Additionally, the following conditions apply:

  • Acceptance: By logging in and using the service, you agree to these terms and all applicable institutional regulations.

Security & confidentiality notice

This system is reachable worldwide via HTTPS. Do not enter credentials on untrusted devices. Only upload or process data you are authorized to handle. Depending on institutional policy, access and usage may be logged for security and operational purposes.

Requirements

A web browser with JavaScript enabled is required. The applications are based on R Shiny and make extensive use of JavaScript. If you use browser plugins (e.g., NoScript), please allow the site accordingly.

If you suspect misuse or security incidents, contact your institutional support channels.
